Store Leader: Guest Experience & Operations

Lululemon Athletica in Tijuana is looking for a Key Leader to join the store leadership team. This role impacts salesfloor operations and the guest experience by providing support to team members and overseeing store operations.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, facilitate outstanding guest service, and be responsible for training and development of team members. Candidates must be 18 or older, authorized to work in Mexico, and able to work flexible hours.
