Major Responsibilities

Operates sandblast rig, coating rig, manual lathe, injection molding equipment, and autoclave

Assembles and disassembles injection tooling and molds

Inspects stators for defects and ensures they meet quality standards and specifications

Operates overhead crane safely and efficiently

Handles tubes at an elevated temperature according to safety guidelines

Assists in identifying and resolving issues with stators or assembly processes to ensure smooth operations

Reads and interprets blueprints to understand specifications and requirements

Adheres to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Perform other duties as delegated
