State Visual Merchandise Manager - Victoria

We are currently seeking a talented and committed State Visual Merchandise Manager to join Unison. You will lead the Visual Merchandising across our Victoria locations.

Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our concept and concession pads.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Maintaining VM and store presentation standards
• Implementing training initiatives to develop VM skills at store level
• Assisting with new store manager training sessions on VM standards
• Overseeing the installation of instore and window VM concepts
• Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
• In conjunction with the State Sales Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase sales
