Position Title: Client Experience Manager. Location: Windsor, ON, Canada. Full Time, Regular. Reports to Store Director. This role focuses on coaching, training, and motivating the Stage team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute training for new and existing Beauty Advisors, including orientation and sales model sessions.
- Respond promptly to client feedback from Medallia, the service hotline, or direct interactions; serve as Client Experience Lead (CEL) on the sales floor.
- Manage all in-store events in collaboration with the Beauty Services team, ensuring proper staffing and alignment with sales objectives.
- Assist Operations with visual merchandising: maintain floor standards, manage testers, replenish inventory, and implement visual updates.
