Staff Software Engineer, Platform

We'd love to welcome a Senior AI/ML Engineer to our growing Data & AI team. You'll partner directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and ship production machine learning systems that solve real business challenges.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll build systems that run in production, work with real data at scale, and collaborate with engineering teams to bring ML into existing architectures. We love pragmatic solutions that actually ship.

You'll have real ownership over technical decisions and the chance to shape how we approach AI across the company. We're a small, fast‑moving team where your work makes a visible difference from day one.

What your days will look like

• Design and build end‑to‑end ML pipelines for enterprise clients — from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
