What You Will Do

In this vital role you will be responsible for providing expert employee relations (ER) guidance and support to managers and staff across Amgen's Latin America (LATAM) region, United States and Puerto Rico.

Staff Relations is a specialized Human Resources function that partners closely with regional HR Leaders, Business Managers, Compliance, Legal, other HR Centers of Excellence and team members to protect Amgen values, investigate potential violations of HR policies, provide practical advice and guidance on coaching staff and managers, and advise on performance and behavior management, discipline, involuntary terminations, and workplace accommodations.

• Provide practical and legally appropriate staff relations guidance on performance management, disciplinary action, and workplace conflict to HR partners and business leaders in LATAM, Puerto Rico and the United States.
