SRE Platform Engineer - Infrastructure & Automation

We are seeking an experienced SRE Platform Engineer (Infrastructure & Automation) to join the CTB SRE team, reporting to the AVP of SRE and Operations. Canadian Tire Bank is early in our DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) maturity and is investing in building foundational platform capabilities.

This role will focus on designing, building, and automating reliable infrastructure and shared platform services that support application teams across the bank. You will help establish practical DevOps and SRE practices, improve system reliability, and reduce operational toil in a regulated environment, while helping the organization responsibly adopt modern tooling and, over time, AI‑assisted engineering practices.
