Sr technical manager – tooling & maintenance

At IAC Group we are looking for a Senior Technical Manager – Tooling & Maintenance with strong experience in the automotive industry, focused on tooling operations, maintenance strategies, engineering changes and technical project execution within a manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities Lead tooling and maintenance operations within the plant. Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Coordinate tooling design, modifications, repairs and launch activities. Manage engineering changes and support new program launches. Coordinate technical activities with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Monitor KPIs and ensure operational targets achievement. Manage MRO/spare parts budgets and technical resources.
