Sr. Technical Maintenance and Support Analyst (Toronto)

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting applications and database issues by leveraging tools such as Dynatrace, OCP (Openshift), Elastic / Kibana and Mongodb services hosted on Linux workplace, Web IIS servers app hosted on windows server, Kafka knowledge.
• Microsoft SQL Server, Mongodb, Microsoft C#, ASP.Net.
• Knowledge Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems
• Automation of routine database/infrastructure administration tasks
• SQL database architecture, database performance monitoring
• cloud hosted applications, Microsoft Azure, OCP, S3 bucket.
• Windows Server operating systems and IIS
• DEVOPs and SRE experience
• SQL queries
