Senior TA Partner – Full Cycle Recruiting

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Strategic full‑cycle recruiting delivery in complex operating environments (25%)
- Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned roles/segments, tailoring attraction strategy, sourcing, screening, interview management, recommendations, and offer delivery to dynamic demand, high‑volume/on‑demand hiring cycles, and varied organizational needs.
- Ensure high‑quality slates and timely hiring outcomes through disciplined funnel management and stakeholder alignment.
- Documented intake, calibration & recruiting plan (20%) – Lead talent launch sessions, document recruiting plan with targets/dates, provide ongoing calibration using funnel data and market realities.
