Sr. Sustainability Engineer

Overview

The Sustainability Engineer position will report directly to the site Plant Manager and has dotted line relationships with the Vice President of Sustainability and the VP of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the site leadership team in finalizing the unit’s Sustainability Framework and executing the resulting short‑ and long‑term strategy to show progress on sustainability KPIs, ultimately driving toward our collective environmental goals and social responsibilities commitments. The focus will be on instilling a culture of sustainability in the organization in collaboration with and support from multidisciplinary and department teams including operations, supply chain, human resources & legal.
