Job Overview
The Sr Support Engineer on the Data & Analytics Operations team is responsible for safeguarding client data by providing operational support both on-premise and in the cloud.
This role requires 24x7 rotational support and is subject to overtime.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with Data Warehouse & Analytics technologies.
- Experience in Data Warehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI) environments.
- ETL tools: Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
- Mainframe technologies: TSO, ZEKE, JCL, COBOL.
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, flat files.
- Windows and Unix SQL scripting.
- SAP technologies: Universe Designer, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reporting.
- Version control: Git.
