Job Title: Sr. Supervisor, Production and Sewing
Position Overview
The Senior Supervisor, Production and Sewing is responsible for coordinating and planning the activities of the sewing floor, ensuring the teams are performing at a high level and reaching daily targets. Provide Leadership to the sewing floor.
What You’ll Do
- Review the Production Schedule daily and plan work for all lines (Bundling/ Marking/ Down fill)
- Review the approved Sample with the Manual before production starts
- Work with the Industry Engineering Techs to calculate the manpower requirement and balance lines for optimum output.
- Identify Training requirements for each section/line and coordinate with the Training Supervisor
- Review low performance (Efficiency & Quality) and work with them to create action plans for improvements. <...
