Creator Services is seeking a Sr. Strategy & Ops Manager to help develop and grow Creator Services. The role’s responsibilities require managing day-to-day team operations, alongside new program, product, and content experimentation. We are looking for someone to shape ambiguous problems into solutions, build new mechanisms and processes, and lead cross-functional work across Creator Services and broader Amazon Entertainment teams. This high-visibility role reports to the Head of Strategy & Operations and must be located in New York City.
