Sourcing execution decisions and supplier awards
Responsibilities
- Decide sourcing execution approach, including bid vs. negotiate and supplier selection.
- Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business awards.
- Approve costs within merchant guardrails.
- Own and optimize the supplier matrix, including onboarding, development, diversification, and exits.
- Monitor programs during production and shipment, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA, and Replenishment.
- Drive end‑to‑end program performance through production and shipment.
- Maintain supplier matrix ownership and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
