What This Role Is Accountable For

• Sourcing execution decisions and supplier awards
• Supplier matrix ownership and risk mitigation
• Cost outcomes within merchant‑defined guardrails
• End‑to‑end program performance through production and shipment

What you´ll do

• Decide sourcing execution approach, including bid vs. negotiate and supplier selection.
• Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business awards.
• Approve costs within merchant guardrails.
• Own and optimize the supplier matrix, including onboarding, development, diversification, and exits.
• Monitor programs during production and shipment, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA, and Replenishment.
