Overview:

Reporting to the Interior Design Manager, the designer for showhomes is responsible for developing and delivering the development vision for Calgary Homes’ showhome program. This role is a key driver of brand positioning, product strategy, and sales performance.
 

This role leads the development and execution of showhome interiors, from concept through selections and merchandising, ensuring each asset is purposefully designed to showcase product value, reflect target customer needs, and support community and segment-specific sales strategies. The Showhome Interior Designer leverages market insights, design trends, and competitive analysis to create showhomes that differentiate the brand and elevate the customer experience.
