Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a Sr. Technical Architect to add to our very talented Service Cloud technical team! The Technical Architect will contribute as a customer‑facing resource. We are building a best‑in‑class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our AI Team!

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports that will provide data visibility for leadership, business groups, and the general user population
• Review business reporting requirements and translate those requirements into technical reporting & dashboard specifications
