Lead and coordinate developers to deliver high‑quality solutions across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Provide hands‑on leadership in solution design, development, and implementation
Review and approve solution designs and code to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Establish and enforce development standards, architecture patterns, and integration approaches
Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver integrated CRM solutions
