Own Commercial Renewals: Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers, driving predictable retention and long-term customer value.
Build Executive Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and align commercial conversations to customer business priorities and outcomes.
Drive Growth: Identify and progress expansion opportunities by partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.
