Responsibilities:
The Sr. RAP Specialist is responsible for leading the Right-of-Way Plan (RAP) preparation and implementation related activities. This includes:
- RAP Planning and Preparation
- Social Surveys and Data Collection
- Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination
- Integration of Social Safeguards
- Reporting, Monitoring and Quality Assurance
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in social science or equivalent
- Must have an extensive experience on social aspect of project preparation and planning.
- Must have a specialization in Environmental sciences/sociology and some are in social baseline studies with rehabilitation action planning.
