Sr. Project Control Specialist

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Sr. Project Control Specialist in the Oil and Gas Industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. The role supports Project Fusion, a large-scale ERP transformation program, by strengthening project controls and delivery governance. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Project Controls Specialist partners with the PMO, Finance, Project Management, vendors, and system integrators, focusing on cost control, forecasting, budget management, variance analysis, vendor cost validation, and executive reporting. The role also supports schedule, milestones, dependencies, risk, and change management in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
