Sr. Production Planner I (La Carolina)

Job Purpose

The Production Planner plays a crucial role within the plant, balancing production capacity, inventory levels, and customer delivery schedules to ensure that production planning processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands on time while balancing manufacturing efficiency, customer priorities, capacity constraints, upstream material flow, planned downtime, PPAP, and internal customer demands. Collaborate with customer service to fulfill customer EDI requirements and respond to changes to ensure customer satisfaction. Adapt to changing environments with flexibility and responsiveness. Monitor downtime calendar and incorporate it into production plan. Populate and update the Clear to Build file with missing parts and follow‑up to obtain necessary information.
