The Senior Product Support Engineer reports to the Technical Director and manages new business opportunities, responds to inbound inquiries, and ensures customers are matched with the right solutions. Acting as a technical liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, this role supports product selection, troubleshooting, and project coordination through to successful delivery.
