LOCATION: We are focused on identifying local candidates who can work a hybrid office-based position (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the team’s Boston, Massachusetts location. This role is not eligible for remote work or relocation.
About the Role
Validity i s looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities across Validity's products. You'll lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch, spending significant time prototyping with LLMs and agents before committing to production builds. This isn't a write specs and hand them off role - you'll be in the weeds with agents, prompts, and LLM integrations, writing code to validate concepts and inform technical decisions.
