Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve key performance indicators such as OEE, yield, throughput, and cost efficiency
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex process issues
• Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with business and operational goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards within chemical manufacturing operations
• Support plant startups, shutdowns, and scale‑up activities with technical expertise
