In this role, you will develop and execute talent strategies, enable world class culture and deploy organizational effectiveness tools that attract reward, engage, retain, and develop our talent base. This role will support the Program Excellence and Safety, Health & Environment teams and report directly to the HR Director, Deputy Office.
