To ensure operational excellence across payroll processes for the assigned Brazilian subsidiaries, delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will serve as a key technical resource for Brazil Payroll, contributing to process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and payroll transformation projects. Gradually, the incumbent will develop knowledge of LATAM payroll operations, supporting regional integration and strengthening the team's operational sustainability in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
