Job Description Own assigned campaigns end-to-end, from strategy, planning, execution, optimization, to post-campaign reporting. Translate business direction into clear campaign direction, including big idea, audience insight, messaging, creative angle, and execution plan. Manage creative and media execution across owned, paid, and earned channels, including content briefs, creative reviews, and publishing readiness. Coordinate with Designers, KOL, Community, Events, and other teams while managing campaign budget and performance against KPIs. Manage 1–2 campaign supporters and deliver campaign plans, content plans, post-mortem reports, and learnings for future improvement.
