**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for leading a regionally-based Supplier Quality and Development team within AVS and Imaging Businesses. This position is responsible for the AVS and Imaging Business Supplier Quality and Development activities within specified GE manufacturing sites and assigned supplier ownership, responsible for both supplier capability and quality performance monitoring and improvement across supplier selection, development and monitoring activities. In certain cases the leader can have additional responsibilities as the business segment ‘Point of Leadership’, and accountable for coordinating supplier management efforts across that segment. In addition to activities on NPI programs, Transfer programs, and quality improvement projects, this leader supports process improvement projects, ensuring cross-SBU consistency where appropriate.
