The Senior Manager, Human Resources will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to drive productivity, engagement and retention that supports business objectives, company growth and promote a positive employee experience. You will lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and compliance practices while guiding a team of HR professionals to deliver effective HR services and business partnership.
The role partners with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change management while overseeing core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
