Sr Manager- Facility Operations 1

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or small‑volume facility/Station to provide maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure, and cost‑effective operation.
• Responsible for all budgetary, people‑development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations.
• Ensure overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of four (4) years of business experience.
• At least one (1) year of direct management experience in the past four (4) years.
• Must possess a valid G license and maintain a good driving record.
• For internal candidates: must currently be a member of FedEx management or be endorsed by EXCEL/LEAP.
