Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of client acquisition strategies by partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement mass and targeted campaigns that drive growth and deliver value to new‑to‑bank and new‑to‑card clients.
• Leverage analytics to identify opportunities to accelerate client acquisition with RBC and our product, diagnose performance gaps, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
