What you'll do

The load forecast is a foundation of BC Hydro’s Integrated Resource Plan and is used across the company for capital planning, operations planning, revenue forecasting, and other functions. As Senior Load Forecast Advisor in the Industrial Load Forecast team, you will be a key member of the broader Load Forecasting group producing energy and peak demand forecasts for BC Hydro’s industrial customers. You will be expected to produce load forecasts using well‑established modelling methods, and to develop new modelling methods to forecast emerging loads.
