Sr. Lead, MRO Service and Program

Purpose of the Position:•Closely work with overseas plants’ facility and production operation team on developing & aligning the sourcing strategic plan to ensure overall MRO service souring strategy and program in line with CDT business priorities to drive AMC cost reduction, improve MRO service efficiency & performance, mitigate the risk to plant operation due to bad service performance. Day to Day Responsibilities:•Strategically source facility operation related service with pre-defined SOW using output as measurement, managed by ADM department (cleaning service, landscaping service, pest control service, shuttle bus service, canteen service or total outsourced facility management service etc.)•Strategically source Critical Facility maintenance & repair service (DTAP system, HVAC system, Fire system, HV Power supply, Elevator, CDA etc.) •Strategically source process equipment maintenance & repair service •Strategically source the 3rd party equipment and system calibr...
