Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities
Acts as a Strategic Partner in the Implementation of Organizational Culture by designing Organizational Communication Policies to inform and motivate the company's personnel

Participates in salary and wage surveys and gathers information and makes contributions to the Organization's compensation policies
Analyzes the Company's Salary Structure, Salary Policies and Salary Budgets for the Organization
