RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the day-to-day HR point of contact on-site, managing routine matters independently and keeping the HR Manager informed on emerging issues or trends.
- Exercise sound judgment on employee relations and policy application, escalating high-risk, precedent-setting, or complex matters to the HR Manager/Labor Relations promptly.
- Coordinate closely with centralized HR functions (Recruiting, Total Rewards, Training, Labor Relations) to ensure consistency with campus practices and policies
