Sr HR Generalist

As a **Senior HR Generalist** here at Honeywell, you will be an integral part of the US & Canada Regional HR team, delivering strategic and operational HR support across the region. You will manage a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, labor relations, change management and HR policy implementation. Your role will involve partnering closely with business leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.

You will report directly to our **Director HR, Pete Kangalee** , and you’ll work out of our **Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX** location supporting our US Field Services and Sales teams as assigned, on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
