Provides senior level functional support and serves as a subject matter expert for complex Oracle HCM application modules with a specialized focus on Benefits, Compensation and Absence Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as project lead for projects/enhancements, periodic releases, and annual cycles in assigned areas: Projects/Enhancements - Lead projects/enhancements, define project timelines with milestones, gather and document business requirements, research system functionality, conduct fit/gap, demonstrate solution, configure the system, conduct UAT, update the configuration and solution guide.Make recommendations for optimal design/configuration balancing requirements against delivered system functionality, mitigating any roadblocks by solutioning alternatives and/or influencing stakeholder.
