ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Senior manager, the financial analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:
Perform financial modeling and analysis for real estate investments and developments.Evaluate cash flows, returns, and overall asset performance.Prepare proformas, investment analyses, and presentations for leadership.Assist with due diligence, market research, and transaction support.Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.Monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting updates to senior leadership.Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and support ad hoc analysis as needed.Support the annual budgeting process and departmental planning.Contribute to long-term forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.Provide insi...
