Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing Federal partners, customers, and stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and execute opportunities to expand MixMode into new government branches and sectors
- Own customer relationships from first contact to contract award
- Coordinate with solutions, contracting, product, and program management teams
- Build and track sales metrics within CRM to enhance forecasting
- Execute a consultative sales process aligning software value with organizational needs
- Serve as a player/coach with future people management opportunities
- Support proposal and presentation material creation
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience in senior sales leadership or account development
- Working knowledge of Civilian Agency landscape and Federal IT ecosystem
