Sr Director Strategy - Americas

As **Senior Director Strategy – Americas, Building Automation (BA)** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in owning and executing strategic plans that focus on growth, profitability, and market expansion across strategic areas of focus for the Building Automation (BA) Americas region. The strategic plan that you develop will be informed by an understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, business needs, GTM models, and more, to drive growth through organic and inorganic strategies. You will regularly partner and engage with BA senior leadership, and your strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to navigate complex business environments will be essential in driving success.

You will report directly to Chief Strategy Officer, Building Automation, and work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.
