Job Summary
As Senior Director, you will formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth and are fully responsible for developing and managing your regional team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.
Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of field-based District Sales Managers to exceed revenue targets while continuously building a robust pipeline and landing new customer logos for the region. Work with your District Sales Managers to drive account plans. Deeply understand customers’ needs by researching and developing insight into their priorities. Solve customers’ problems using in-depth technical knowledge of our portfolio and a holistic problem‑solving approach. Create clear goals and accurate forecasting by developing in-depth territory knowledge and planning in a highly matrixed organization.
