DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Provide senior-level technical expertise and advisory support to ODASW(CNGT) leadership regarding data science, advanced analytics, and the mathematical and statistical methodologies required to evaluate the effectiveness of the DoW’s Counternarcotics (CN) program.
+ Support the government in the design, development, and implementation of a new performance measurement framework focused on Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs). Assist in the analysis of large, complex, and disparate datasets from across the DoW CN community to identify trends and ev...
