Responsibilities
- Quick and effective troubleshooting to diagnose systems failures and work with contractors to quickly resolve or mitigate interruption in services
- Basic preventative maintenance of equipment and services
- Systematically troubleshoot various facilities systems
- A working knowledge of UPS systems and associated switch gear
- A working knowledge of standby generator systems and associated switch gear
- Provide personalized technical support to on‑air, internal, and remote staff
- Maintain, repair, and install radio broadcast studio systems, including radio automation systems
- Maintain, repair, and install digital broadcast systems such as live streaming audio and video
- Maintain, repair, and install AM and FM transmission systems, including microwave and associated subsystems
