Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and configure systems that automate processes, such as manufacturing or software processes.
- Identify areas of operations that could benefit from automation.
- Plan the budget and labor needs for each automation project.
- Design hardware networks and develop software solutions to control automation.
- Collaborate with development teams to plan, implement, and track end-to-end automation activities.
- Ensure the engineering team delivers a quality product that meets defined acceptance criteria.
- Train and support junior employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency with control systems.
