Genpact is seeking a Senior Associate to manage cash application and accounts receivable processes within a high‑velocity, AI‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers, email/fax invoices, or arrange hard copy mailing as requested.
• Understand all aspects of cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances, perform deep validation and report findings to the business.
• Allocate payments per customer remittances.
• Collaborate across all AR entities, tracking aged receivables and current aging buckets.
• Act as Subject Matter Specialist for AR processes, demonstrating full understanding of the AR value chain.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and other procedures as needed.
• Respond to client queries and provide necessary information.
