Primary Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements for new and enhanced o9 functionality; develop supporting process maps as needed.Evaluate how the recommended enhancements are expected to impact KPIs.Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new feature releases; document results and obtain release sign-off prior to production deployment.Develop and deliver change management plans for new o9 feature releases.Coordinate end-user enablement, including training schedules, training materials, hyper-care support, and desk-side pairing.Perform post-production validation for new releases; collect and synthesize user feedback through quarterly surveys.Create and administer quarterly NPS surveys; summarize insights and recommendations for the product/team roadmap.Lead product demonstrations for end users, stakeholders, and broad...
