Ingredients is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations to join our HR Digital Solutions team. In this role you will support and optimize key HR technologies, helping deliver an exceptional employee experience while partnering with global teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What will you do: Support HR technology platforms including Workday, Service Now, and related systems. Manage user requests, troubleshoot system issues, and provide operational support. Maintain data quality through audits, reporting, and system reviews. Create and modify reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools. Support system testing, enhancements, releases, and implementation projects. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experience.
