SUMMARY: As a part of Corporate Accounting, this position has responsibility in External Financial Reporting and Benefits Accounting. Financial Reporting tasks include, but are not limited to, preparation of annual and quarterly Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Forms 10-K and 10-Q, other ad-hoc SEC filings such as Forms 8-K, S-3, S-4, quarterly earnings releases, quarterly internal executive financial reporting packages, sections of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee reports and ad hoc requests from other Finance & Accounting departments, as needed. Preparation of SEC documents includes iXBRL research and tagging, as well as the compilation of supporting documentation to ensure all external financial reports are accurate, properly documented, tied-out and supported.
